Terms & Conditions

  • WOODALY is a handmade production so it has unique characteristics, therefore the fiber or coloring for each box may be slightly different due to the nature of the wood. This makes the watch case you own unique for each unit.
  • By placing an order on the woodaly.com website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Policy”). You also agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your order, including your name, address, and payment information.
  • All prices on the Site are in the currency stated on the website and do not include shipping, which will be added to your order total. Payment for your order can be made by Telegraphic Transfer. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
  • After placing an order on the Site, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order, but rather an acknowledgment that we have received it.
  • All orders will be shipped from Indonesia, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties in your country.
  • We always carry out Quality Control before packing and shipping goods.
  • Claims do not apply to the condition of items that have been used, damaged due to buyer error / carelessness / damage caused by the shipping party and without original packaging.
  • If the customer changes his mind canceling the order, while the goods have been packed, the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the order price, this is to cover the restocking fee and refund fee.
  • If the customer changes his mind to cancel the purchase of the product, while the goods have been delivered, then the purchase cannot be canceled.
  • Customers may exchange the same item or an item of higher value as long as the item has not been packed or shipped. The customer is responsible for paying the price difference.
  • To submit a claim, please email us at customerservice@woodaly.com by attaching a purchase invoice along with an unboxing video.
  • After receiving confirmation from us, send the item to us in its original packaging, please pack the item as safely as possible to prevent damage during shipping. The refund process will be processed within 15 working days.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by WOODALY. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock or payment verification issues. If your order is accepted, we will provide an estimated shipment date, which is subject to change based on availability and other factors.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions Watch Box Custom

  • The definition of a CUSTOM Watch Box is made based on the request of the buyer, both form and technical specifications will be adjusted to the materials we have.
  • This custom watch box are made by CV. Puncak Abadi, Malang, East Java, Indonesia.
  • Even though our product is a mass product, the production of our watch boxes are handmade products, so there is a possibility that each box will be slightly different.
  • Each of our products has gone through a Quality Control process until the goods are ready to be sent.
  • Accepted claims are damages caused only by manufacturer errors or manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not apply if damage is caused during delivery or mistakes/carelessness by the buyer such as misuse, bumps, scratches, falls, etc.
  • The deadline for claims is 3 (three) days after the goods arrive and are received by the buyer, after this time limit, claims cannot be made.
  • For the purchase of custom products, there is a minimum quantity (MOQ) that must be met: Watch Box Custom : 100pcs
  • All custom products (in minimum quantity) will be finished at approximately 30 days after the purchase order has been confirmed and Down Payment has been received.
  • All orders will be shipped from Indonesia, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties in your country.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

       Who is responsible for customs & duty fees?

       We are not responsible for any customs, duty payments, taxes or brokerage  fees incurred
