• We always carry out Quality Control before packing and shipping goods.

  • Buyers are required to video during unboxing (making the video when opening the shipping    packages), our warranty does not apply if it is not accompanied by video evidence during unboxing.

  • The Warranty that we provide is only for defective products / factory errors, shipping costs back to our workshop in Indonesia will be our responsibility including the cost of shipping a replacement product.

  • The Warranty does not apply if damage is caused during delivery or mistakes/carelessness by the buyer such as misuse, bumps, scratches, falls, etc.

  • The deadline for claims is 3 (three) days after the goods arrive and are received by the buyer, after this time limit, claims cannot be made.
